Personal assistance to help you reach your health and fitness goals
I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University (in Physical Sciences) and a Master's Degree from The University of Michigan School of Public Health (specializing in Health Behavior and Health Education). Through this intensive formal education, a true devotion to ongoing learning, and over 28 years of experience in the healthcare field, I seek to deliver fitness training services with the same personal concern, expertise, and attention to detail as do physicians and other healthcare professionals. Many of my clients come to me to lose weight or to undertake a safe and effective exercise program following orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, or chiropractic care. Low back pain management, low bone density, and fitness programming for older adults are three of the areas for which I offer special “cutting-edge” exercise techniques.
I have developed a number of unique strategies for establishing specific, measurable steps through which my clients can achieve their goals. While most of my appointments are conducted in the client’s home, I also maintain an affiliation with fitness facilities in Mountainside and Scotch Plains. I look forward to helping you with your health and fitness needs!
